INGREDIENTS – Maida – 11\2 cup, Butter – 1\2 cup, Powdered sugar – 1 cup, Eggs – 2, Milk – 1\2 cup, Baking powder – 1tsp, Vanilla essence – 1tsp.

METHOD – Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Mix butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Whisk until these become light and fluffy. Add in mashed eggs into the mixture, one at a time, whisking after each addition. Seive maida and baking powder together. Now add the maida mixture and milk alternately into the egg, butter and sugar mixture. Whisk really nicely until completely incorporated. Lastly add in the vanilla essence and mix. Pour the prepared batter into slightly greased cupcake moulds until they are 3\4 full.Bake the cupcakes for 20 – 25 minutes in the oven.
